Most of the positions are live-out, but we also provide live-in positions with either a separate bedroom within the residence/private quarters, a separate suite, a private home on the property, a private apartment on the property, or separate housing off the property.
Rotational Schedules | Multiple Residences | Travel
Nannies and more...® International specializes in Rotational Schedules for Professional Career Nannies. It is very common to see schedules such as 24 hours working and then off for some time. This offers convenience to the employer for single professionals, travel professionals, celebrities, and TV/movie producers who are seeking a nanny. These consist of a Monday-Friday work week, working 40 hours per week up to 50 hours per week, no weekends are required, no overnights are required, and no travel is required. These positions are typically based on basic duties and no hybrid roles/duties are needed. The positions offer a gross hourly rate for each hour that is worked.
In addition, any hours over 40 hours per week are paid with an overtime rate. These are usually local positions and you do not have to relocate and are required to drive your own car and any work-related use of the vehicle will result in an IRS Current mileage rate per mile. Many placements also offer specialized services, such as fluency in second and third languages, special needs experience, twin/multiples experiences, and experience working with numerous age groups: newborn, infant, toddler, pre-school-aged, and school-aged children. These are factors for higher pay levels.
Please note: the placement's rates are supported by credible professional references, credible personal character references, clear background, and a clean driving record. This is also supported by the placement's professional in-person and online presence.
Nannies and more...® International typically sees rates start at $25 gross per hour (based on location + traditional positions) and based on the placement's level of experience goes up to $40-45 per hour based on specialized job scope requirements and placement's qualifications listed above.

Some of the Nannies and more...® International's Clients will offer a health insurance allowance to the placement. This is submitted on an IRS form yearly and acts as a tax-free allowance for both the Client and Placement. In order to receive this allowance, the placement must have an insurance plan that matches the amount or is more than what the client is offering monthly. Documentation must be provided to show proof of the plan.
