We take the time and walk each client through every stage of the process. Usually, the client is seeking a particular type of candidate based on their needs, child(ren) age(s), and requirements. We listen to exactly what the client is seeking and seek that particular type of candidate by establishing a detailed job scope, and help them determine their ideal candidate.
We help our client answer their questions by providing educational learning in the industry, what is standard in the industry, and help with any additional questions the client may have in regards to the search. We recognize that this is a matchmaking process!
START THE PROCESS
The client is usually seeking a particular type of candidate based on their needs, child(ren) age(s), and requirements. Therefore, we ask our client to complete our client application. This will help us determine exactly what the client is seeking and we seek that particular type of candidate.

We take out anyone that doesn't meet the job description, requirements, and/or has the experience of the child(ren) age(s). We seek only the best! II. HOW DO YOU FIND YOUR CANDIDATES?
We look for exactly what you are seeking in your search
We want to locate your ideal candidate
We listen to all your needs, requests, job duties, as well as if there are any travel, weekends, and/or overnights. We believe and focus on long-term placement and we find that if we are job scope specific, you are going to keep your placement for long-term. We are very well known for long-term placements and our average candidate stays with a family 4-7 years. Sometimes, even longer!
We have been in the professional household/childcare industry for years and find our candidates return to us, often they send other active seeking candidates our way, we have a complete division that specializes in external recruitment, involvement with many nanny networks, and we always keep a rolling application process to locate the best candidates. Therefore, we have many options for professional candidates to find us and we recognize that every client's preferences are different and we try to accommodate those needs, as we act as a headhunter in the search process.
We always seek candidates that have 5 years + professional experience, or a college-related degree with 3 years+ professional experience. Our candidates are top-notch and with their professional experience, they understand this industry, offer flexibility to the family, and very adaptable to a new family and their needs.
III. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CONDUCT A SEARCH?
The answer is different for each search, as every search is different based on what you are seeking. The normal search is usually 2 week period that includes, completing your application, consulting with your placement coordinator, confirming interest and availability in candidates, interview, and then a working interview.
However, we recognize that the need may be immediate. Therefore, we work at the client's pace in finding a candidate. We will work as fast as needed to locate the prospective placements.
IV. CAN YOU LOCATE A TEMPORARY OR RELIEF CANDIDATE UNTIL WE FIND SOMEONE PERMANENTLY?
Yes! However, it is based on availability. We will work to do our best to locate a temporary placement until you locate your ideal candidate.

VI. DO YOU PLACE PART-TIME CANDIDATES?
We specialize in professional placement and we want the candidate to stay with you long-term. We find that if you are seeking a consistent schedule, part-time or full-time, it is more likely you can find professional long-term candidates. Professional candidates have to meet their own obligations and we find that if you offer them a set amount of hours weekly, full-time or part-time, along with any other benefits- car allowance or mileage reimbursement for work-related use, cell phone allowance are some examples- this job will become highly marketable to our candidates. Keep in mind, these candidates are top professionals and will offer flexibility and dependability, as they view their position as their primary focus.
